Absolute Protective Guards We hand select our guards from members of the community who have a desire to protect and serve their fellow residents. Our guards are set apart from the field by two major categories. Training: All of our guards must successfully complete the 40 hour State of Florida security officer course and then satisfy ANOTHER 16 hours of "in-house" training in job-specific functions relating to their classification. On the job training will be completed as needed. Drug Testing: ALL of our guards are drug tested for illegal substances at time of hire and at random intervals during their career. Should they test positive, they are immediately taken out of consideration for hire and removed from their post if on the job. previous page
